Which is the best hair serum for dandruff?

Many people have been suffering from dandruff s a common condition. Also, they used to think it was just a dry scalp and there is nothing to worry about. It is caused by dry skin or the buildup of oil and makes the skin on the scalp to flake. But difficult to treat and embarrassing.

Dandruff is not a dry scalp it is actually caused by the fungus Malassezia which actually feeds on oil present in the scalp. So, if your scalp is more oily you are prone to have more fungus and eventually dandruff.

Why Hair Serums?

Hair serum is a clear, silicone-based liquid that usually comes in a bottle with a pump. It forms a protective layer on the hair, solving many common hair problems. Here is a look at some of the benefits of using a hair serum:

  • Hair serums can soften rough hair, and silicon coating makes it easy to detangle and style.

  • Serums are silicone-based, which means they contain a lower pH level minimizing the risk of hair damage

  • Hair serums protect against damage caused by heat styling tools

  • Serums can reduce frizz and protects against humidity

  • A hair serum coats the hair shaft, protecting against pollutants and environmental damage

  • Since it is silicone-based, light reflects off the hair, giving it a healthy shine

  • Some hair serums contain nutrients that nourish hair and make it healthier.

Controlling dandruff is pretty easy

Use 1% Ketoconazole Solution on my scalp and within 2 weeks dandruff vanished. In fact, after just one wash almost all the Dandruff got cleared.

If you have dandruff use Ketoconazole and get rid of it. Also, use a solution called Nizral 2% and it is great for Dandruff.

How to apply?

Just rub the solution in your palm and apply it to the scalp. Spread it evenly on the scalp and let it stay for 3 to 5 minutes Then rinse it off! Twice a week for 2 to 4 weeks will take care of Dandruff.

Please don’t consider this as medical advice. Consult with the specialist dermatologist online consultation if you are having dandruff problems!
